Retail madness and new food experiences - here's what you can watch out for when the much anticipated ION Orchard opens next month.
Coming to our shores for the very first time is luxury streetwear brand, Christian Audigier and DSquared2, a cult brand which counts Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake as fans.
The mall, which has almost all of its available space leased out, will have six double-storey flagship stores occupied by labels such as the high end Louis Vuitton and popular Japanese fashion chain, Uniqlo.
Besides these first time brands, shoppers can also look forward to familiar favourites like Muji, the Body Shop and Burberry.
However, Orchard has more to offer than fashion alone.
A total of 28 restaurants and other dining option are spread out over basement two and three. One key attraction will be the Basement four ION Food Hall, where more than 80 food stalls offer international cuisine to satisfy all cravings.
Other new restaurants to look out for include Itacho, a trendy Japanese outlet from Hong Kong and and Gustimmo di Roma, an all-day alfresco Italian bistro from Seoul.
Gourmet supermarket, Three-Sixty from Hong Kong, making its first foray into Singapore, will showcase epicurean indulgences from Cordon Bleu, and offer a wider selection of organic food.
Both fashion and food collide in this mega-mall. Shop till you drop, grab a bite, then start all over again at the ION.
